Simon has wide-ranging experience in all areas of criminal law with significant advocacy experience. Simon has appeared in countless defended hearings, sentences, bail applications and appeals.

Simon has extensive experience as a former senior police officer and prosecutor prior to commencing work with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW) where he had carriage of the most serious criminal matters, appearing regularly in courts throughout New South Wales.

Whether you are facing a traffic matter or a jury trial for sexual assault, Simon has investigated, prosecuted and defended every type of criminal matter and will ensure you receive the strongest possible representation at each and every step.

Simon is also a Reserve Legal Officer in the Australian Army, broadening his practice into Administrative Law and Inquiries.
